Likely many general practices in Ireland, we are doing our best to maintain access to all our doctors, nurses and services, while dealing with what seems to be an ever-increasing workload. Over the winter, we have introduced a new telephone system to the practice and developed the use of our patient portal
We have never had a fuller complement of staff working for you, trying to ensure maximum use of our consulting rooms in the time available to us.
We know it can sometimes be frustrating, trying to get the right appointment, and we can constantly review the balance of our advance and “on day” appointments to cater for all needs.
So please be patient with and courteous to all our staff. They are genuinely trying to help.
